I began supporting children and young people with their emotional wellbeing in 2009 while working in a school pastoral role. I started my counselling training in 2010 and, after some life events paused my journey, I returned to complete my studies, qualifying as a counsellor in May 2025.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teenagers and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, exam stress, relationship difficulties, gender dysphoria, bereavement, abuse and trauma.

I work in a person-centred way, focusing on understanding your unique experience and supporting you to explore things at your own pace. I believe that when people are met with empathy, honesty and acceptance, they are able to grow and move towards a more fulfilling way of being. My role is to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood, reflect on your thoughts and feelings, and begin to make sense of your experiences so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.


I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I work in line with their ethical frameworks to ensure safe and professional practice.
